Python Pandas - 分組GroupBy



任何groupby操作都包含以下對原始物件的其中一項操作:

  • 拆分物件

  • 應用函式

  • 組合結果

在許多情況下,我們將資料拆分為多個集合,然後對每個子集應用一些功能。在應用功能中,我們可以執行以下操作:

  • 聚合 - 計算彙總統計量

  • 轉換 - 執行一些特定於組的操作

  • 過濾 - 根據某些條件丟棄資料

現在讓我們建立一個DataFrame物件,並在其上執行所有操作:

將資料拆分為組

Pandas物件可以拆分為任何其物件。有多種方法可以拆分物件,例如:

  • obj.groupby('key')
  • obj.groupby(['key1','key2'])
  • obj.groupby(key,axis=1)

現在讓我們看看如何將分組物件應用於DataFrame物件

迭代組

有了groupby物件,我們可以像itertools.obj一樣迭代該物件。

預設情況下,groupby物件的標籤名稱與組名稱相同。

選擇一個組

使用get_group()方法,我們可以選擇單個組。

聚合

聚合函式為每個組返回單個聚合值。建立groupby物件後,可以對分組資料執行多個聚合操作。

一個明顯的方法是透過aggregate或等效的agg方法進行聚合:

一次應用多個聚合函式

對於分組後的Series,您還可以傳遞一個函式列表函式字典來進行聚合,並生成DataFrame作為輸出:

轉換

對組或列的轉換返回一個大小與正在分組的物件相同大小的物件。因此,轉換應返回與組塊大小相同的結果。

過濾

過濾根據定義的條件過濾資料並返回資料的子集。filter()函式用於過濾資料。
