描述

java.math.BigDecimal.scale() 返回此 BigDecimal 的標度。如果為零或正數，則標度為小數點右側的位數。

如果為負數，則數字的非標度值乘以負標度的冪。例如，-3 的標度表示非標度值乘以 1000。
